At Pink Door Cookies, we create and share the most delicious, nostalgia-inducing cookies you will find anywhere. As a PDC Brand Ambassador, you’ll help us with this mission. In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines, meeting and hanging out with PDC fans, at festivals, farmers’ markets, and other events while helping them enjoy the full range of cookie flavors we make at Pink Door Cookies.

1. Learn about our products and provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers.
2. Greet customers as they enter the store or proximity of booth or tent
3. Accept payment for goods, make change, and issue receipts
4. Use cross-selling or upselling techniques to increase store sales
5. Support customers by answering product questions
6. Recommend the best products to customer palates
7. Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries
8. Give customers service information including product details
9. Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly
10. Assist in maintaining inventory stock and records
11. Assist in setting and attaining sales goals
12. Arrange displays to help products look the most appealing to prospective customers

1. Must be available to work weekends and irregular hours, when required
2. Must be able to stand for up to 4-8 hours per scheduled work day
3. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more (for moving equipment at events)
4. May occasionally be required to taste and smell baked goods
5. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift
6. Frequently required to use hands and arms to handle, feel, lift, and reach
