Due to the perishable nature of our tastebud-tickling cookies, we ship all cookie orders via UPS Ground and 2Day, under a unique packing and shipping schedule.

UPS Shipping:

Shipping Rate: $19.99 up to 4 dozen, $39.99 5 to 10 dozen, $59.99 11+ dozen.

Delivery Estimate (from shipment date): By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences), excluding certain holidays.

Shipping Days: We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Exceptions: Delivery times to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from stated delivery times in the contiguous U.S.

Before you submit your order to us, please check your shipping address carefully. Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses may delay your shipment or result in the failure of your delivery, for which Pink Door Cookies will not be held responsible. If an error with your address is made, it may also limit your ability to obtain a refund or replacement and affect the quality of your cookies.

On what days are cookies delivered?
Cookies can only be received on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please note that holidays, weather conditions, and other factors may impact UPS’s ability to successfully deliver on the targeted delivery date.

How accurate are your delivery dates?
While we attempt to ensure your order will arrive on the estimated delivery date, the delivery dates are estimates. As such, unexpected delays may take place. Please note that weekends, holidays, weather conditions, driver shortages, political unrest, pandemics, and natural disasters may delay the arrival of your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delivery problems or delays.

What is your cut-off time for placing orders for shipping and delivery?
Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM Central time on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in order to receive cookies in the same week. On-time orders will be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, respectively.

Example: If you place an order before 3:00 PM Central time on Wednesday, your order will be delivered on Friday.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central on Wednesday, any time on Thursday, any time on Friday, any time on Saturday, any time on Sunday, or before 3:00 PM on Monday, will be delivered on Wednesday.

Why do you have a unique shipping and delivery schedule?
Pink Door Cookies takes the time to carefully select high quality ingredients and craft our cookies to have the incredible flavors that everyone loves. We work hard to make sure you receive the same quality of cookies as you would receive in-store. Our unique shipping and delivery schedule reduces the chance of your cookies being stored in a UPS warehouse over a weekend.

If it says 2-day shipping, why does it take 3 days?
With UPS, the shipping days start being counted the day after we hand over your cookies to UPS. For example, if we drop off your package, or UPS picks up your package, before the shipping day’s cutoff time on a Monday, it’ll be delivered Wednesday, at the earliest.

Do you require signature proof for orders shipped via UPS?
No. To help maintain the quality of your cookies, we do not require signature proof. Please ensure your order is being shipped to a location with a delivery date for when you expect someone to be available to receive the order and properly store your cookies. If no one is available, UPS may leave your order in a place deemed secure by the UPS driver, at the driver’s sole discretion.

Do we guarantee delivery?
Yes, we guarantee delivery only to the address we are provided by you and reserve the right to make corrections, if there is an error. Please note that if there is an error and we do make a correction, your order may be subject to additional charges for the correction. We do not guarantee delivery for specific times of day or days.

How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been received by UPS, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your UPS tracking number. Your shipping notification will provide you with a link to track the order of your shipment.

How will my order of cookies be delivered?
Orders from our online store are delivered by UPS. Your cookies will arrive individually packaged in resealable bags nestled in crinkled cut paper and protected by a sturdy Pink Door Cookies branded, recyclable shipping box.

How much is shipping for Pink Door Cookies Gift Cards?
We use UPS as our carrier, and our standard shipping rates apply for all items (including gift cards) ordered from our online store. If you would like to send Pink Door Cookies Gift Cards without any other products, we recommend sending an eGift Card, which you can do by visiting here. If you would like to send physical Pink Door Cookies Gift Cards, we recommend sending it with a nice box of cookies. For more information on our gift cards, visit Gift Card Terms.

Do we ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are also unable to ship to U.S. Territories.

Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the products we sell at Pink Door Cookies, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses, package forwarding services, or re-shippers.
